I started ...You are doing a great job, keep it up. I started my wt loss journey in 2009. I lost 20/25 lbs and I don't remember how many inches. I've been maintaining for over a year now with only a slight 5 lb bump over the holidays that I'm working hard to remove. It does get easier, but once you reach your goal you have to try really hard not to slip back into old habits. That's the hardest part for me. The first 6 weeks were the hardest with the cravings. After that it gets easier. Get some protein bars. I like the supreme protein and Oh yeah. I eat 1/2 of a big one at night for my sweet treat. It hits the spot and I don't need the icecream.
